Isabel Orbe, our Founder and CEO, is living proof that you become what you think. At 17, Isabel didn’t just enter the fashion world; she redefined it. Her early career was her laboratory of contacts and ingenuity. She didn’t just accumulate experience, she utilized it to create her own company at age 21 (2004), marking a milestone in the fashion industry. From the beginning, her bias for action was relentless. She and her team didn’t just design runways; they elevated creativity to another level. The world changes, and if you don’t change, you stagnate. Following continuous preparation in Communication and a brief work pause, the company made a strategic shift in 2012: moving from fashion shows to focus on communication, marketing, corporate events, and attention to detail. Once again, her unique creativity immediately captured the attention of the mass media which became her strategic allies due to her boundless ingenuity.
In 2015, after earning a Master’s degree in Marketing, PR, Advertising, and Events, she expanded her business vision to consulting. With a mentality of constant growth, she proved that the comfort zone is not sustainable: achieving success requires a shift in perspective, new learning opportunities, and the firm decision to make it happen.
